Ever wanted to know how to disable this so you could PXE boot into WDS or RIS without pressing F12? My good buddy Dugie sent this to me, cheers mate!

Browse to \\REMINST\oschooser\i386
● Rename Startrom.com to Startrom.old
● Rename Startrom.n12 to Startrom.com
● Restart the RIS service
Your server will no longer hand out a bootrom that requires the F12 key to be pressed. If you don’t see
Startrom.n12, your server is probably already configured this way.

it worded for me.
Thanks for the handy post. it was not the same as posted above on windows server 2008 R2 but the concept is the same.
